Partial Delivery: We’ve received a partial delivery of the iBuee shower heads and all adjustable shower arm extensions. Our team has already started sorting and shipping them out, with some orders dispatched last Friday.
Continued Shipping: The shipping process will continue over the coming weeks. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to get your iBuee products to you as swiftly as possible.
Tracking Information: We’ll provide tracking information via email or a tracking record spreadsheet. You’ll be able to find your tracking details based on your backer number.
Dallas Area Deliveries: If you’re in the Dallas area, you may receive your iBuee shower heads even quicker! We’re planning hand deliveries for local backers.
Shipping Address: We’ll deliver to the shipping address provided in your survey or any change/update requests submitted until last Friday. If you need to modify your address, please contact us ASAP so we can make the necessary adjustments before shipping.
