What are the thread connection?
We understand that shower heads need to be compatible with the pipes in your home. That's why iBuee offers shower heads with two different thread connections:

1/2" BST for customers in other countries.

Can iBuee shower head work at even lower flow rate?
The iBuee shower head is meticulously crafted to function at a low flow rate while maintaining robust water pressure. Specifically, it is engineered to allow 1.85 gallons per minute (gpm) at 60 psi or 1.5 gpm at 45 psi. Remarkably, both customers and our team have noticed that even at an impressively low 0.75 gpm, the iBuee shower head continues to deliver a good spray of large water droplets.

What can I do if the spray is too strong?
The iBuee shower head is designed to work at a low flow rate without sacrificing water pressure. This innovative approach to showering not only saves water but also reduces your energy bills. If you're worried about water spray or pressure being too strong, you can add a shower head flow control valve to reduce the inlet water amount or pressure to your desired level. Here is an adjustable valve you may consider. You can find other similar valves too.

What can I do if the shower is loud?
The iBuee shower head is thoughtfully designed to operate at a low flow rate while providing an enhanced water pressure experience. It delivers powerful, large water droplets, setting it apart from traditional low-flow shower heads. However, it’s important to note that the noise level increases by approximately 10-15% due to this heightened pressure sensation.

If you find that your iBuee shower head generates more noise than expected, it could indicate that your shower pipe has higher water pressure than usual. In such cases, consider adding a shower head flow control valve to regulate the inlet water amount or pressure. Not only will this adjustment enhance your comfort level, but it will also contribute to more water conservation.
